NHM/NERC course in Feature analysis using ImageJ - What to do with your data?

Application deadline is 15th November 2017.

The course is designed for Post graduates and ECRs but is open to all. NERC funded students get priority but if spaces are left over, non-NERC applicants are considered. The primary focus will be centred around image analysis through a series of interactive lectures and practical sessions using the participant’s own data concerning computation of morphological parameters (porosity, tortuosity, connectivity, surfaces and others) . Each day is designed to build on the previous day’s knowledge and will end with a hackathon to draw on the key areas delivered throughout the week. Aspects of the course will be taught by leading external researchers as well as a range of NHM experts.

It is a 4-day course, fully funded by NERC. All expenses are covered to ensure little/no cost to the course delegates. There are a total of 15 places available.
