23/11/2016 - 12:00

A workshop is being held on Wednesday 23 November 2016 at Imperial College London with the aim of engaging the UK materials modelling community with the activities of the Sir Henry Royce Institute (SHRI). This event is being organised under the auspices of the Thomas Young Centre for Theory and Simulation of Materials. The idea is to give computational modellers (who may not yet have engaged with the SHRI) an idea of the core research areas, and for experimentalists engaged in those areas to gain an overview of current modelling capabilities. Places are limited, and in order to achieve a balance between experiment and modelling there are separate registration pages for those who consider themselves principally engaged in experiment, and those who focus on modelling.
