We encourage people to register for the main lecture day on May 12, 2017 (venue: Wellcome Collection), however, we welcome those who wish to attend the physics session on Thursday May 11 afternoon (which includes lunch) even if not registering for the Friday sessions.

The Physics Session: Thursday May 11, 2017 Objective: to stimulate discussion on specific issues that might affect cross-site harmonization.

Several short presentations will set the scene for an open discussion. Provisional speakers include John Shah (Julich), Adam Espe Hansen (Copenhagen), Heather Williams (Manchester), Ian Armstrong (Manchester), Gaspar Delso (GE/Cambridge), Martin Graves (Cambridge), Lucy Pike (KCL). The Thursday venue is: Lecture Room 414, Birkbeck University, Malet Street, London WC1E 7HX.

Registration is essential as there is limited space (no on-site registration will be available).

Thursday 11 May:

  • morning session primarily for radiographers and technologists
  • afternoon session primarily for physicists: issues affecting harmonization

Friday 12 May:

  • Lecture day with several overseas speakers including physicists Professor John Shah (Julich) and Dr Adam Espe Hansen (Copenhagen) (£99)
